They are both easy to use when wanting to sell your mobile phone and both have lots of information regarding their companies and the recycling industry. MazumaMobile provide a Mobile Phone Deletion Tool to safely erase your personal date before selling your mobile. Envirofone have more ways to interact with them through their “Green Room”. But you don’t wanna hang around. Just sell your mobile and your done. Still useful though.

Community Side

Obviously it’s good for any online company to have ways that its users can contact them. Normally a user forum shows a company has nothing to hide. Not that that’s an issue with 2 such well established mobile phone recyclers like these. Although both do make an effort to reach out to and work with the community in many ways. To be honest both have pretty much the same proven track record here. If you search the net and forums you’ll find posts by people who got their money paid promptly and the amount that was given and posts by people with different stories.
