Sell Old Phone & Sell Old Mobile are run and operated by the same group of people. Greener Tomorrow Ltd. We have reviewed both of these mobile phone recyclers sites before. They are both pretty much the same SellOldMobile are actually a sister site of SellOldPhone. So are the prices they offer for mobile phones exactly the same? Where do they differ in terms of service?

You can ring or contact them and give your bank details and they’ll pay you that way instead if you prefer. SellOldMobile have an option for you to donate a part of your money to charity as well. I like to see this option on a recycling site.

Website Effort
I believe Sell Old Phone was running before their sister site SellOldMobile was. Both sites appear to use the same layout and database of mobile phones. Even though prices offered vary. But what I like is the no fuss side to them. Unlike some recyclers who have flashy, browser heavy websites these 2 have been kept simple and easy to use. All the details you need to know our on their sites.

Community Side
SellOldPhone or SellOldMobile both don’t have forums or a blog that they run. But as far as liaisoning with their customers goes they are spot on. I have had 1st hand experience with dealing with them and find them to be very friendly and easy to talk to. They are always willing to sort out any problems that may arise and make sure you are happy with them.

Speed of Service
As both websites are run and maintained by the same people and use the same sorting warehouse the speed of service is the same for both. Both SellOldPhone and SellOldMobile normally send you your payment the day they receive and check your phone. You can send a mobile in to arrive on a Monday and have a cheque sitting in your hand by the following Wednesday.

Most Money Offered
After comparing both sites for different mobile phones. It is clear to see that despite the fact that both sites are run by the same people the SellOldPhone site is the one to use if you want to get the most money for your mobile phone. I have found this when comparing SellOldPhone to other mobile phone recycling sites as well such as Mazuma and Envirofone.
